Digital Printing Forum and XMPie® agree on collaboration for market evangelizing

The collaboration will focus on driving the growth of Variable Information Printing applications as a primary business field for digital printing

Mainz/Germany|New York, NY, Juli 1, 2004 - XMPie and the DigitaldruckForum (Digital Printing Forum, DDF) have announced their collaboration, whose goal is to support the creative community by using interactive marketing to enhancing revenue streams. XMPie as an innovative provider of software applications and platforms for dynamic (one-to-one) publishing brings with it deep expertise in the area of interactive marketing. The DDF® is a leading European non-profit industry group that promotes interactive marketing for the printing industry. Both parties will work closely to evangelize the communication market. "The creative community can benefit greatly from innovative solutions for variable information printing. To begin addressing this new and highly lucrative market, we must first establish a common knowledge platform and an intense dialogue to focus on the relevant business opportunities", says Andreas Weber, DDF Spokesman.

"We are optimistic that the synergy formed by cooperation with the DDF, a leading organizer for the digital printing community, and XMPie's unique know-how in the field of one-to-one marketing, will help drive transformations in the market", says Dr. Jacob Aizikowitz, President and CEO of XMPie. "New interactive marketing concepts are the keys to higher response rates and measurable ROI marketing campaigns. Together, we have to create awareness that the future of print is linked with these new approaches". XMPie will support the DDF Automated Communication Factory (ACF) Expertgroup and the DDF Creative Lab.
